What does it cost to have us manage my rental?
Our pricing is public. The tenant placement fee is 6.9% of the 1-year lease total, charged one time after a tenant moves in. If you take over with a tenant already in place, there is no placement fee. Monthly management starts at 8.9% of the rent. Two terms help here: the leasing fee pays to find a tenant, and the management fee pays for day-to-day work. What do I get with an owner account?

How soon do I get my rent?
We pay quickly, days after your tenants pay. Our management agreement says funds go out on the 10th, 20th and 30th of the month. If rent is paid on time, your rent disbursement arrives on the 10th, which gives payments time to clear.
What does management cost?
