What makes it different from a brokerage?
The office is a property management specialist. Its published FAQ says it does not engage in buying or selling real estate of any kind, so its focus stays on managing rentals. Many competitors are real estate brokerages with a property management side line.

Who leads the office?
Gail Carter, General Manager. Gail brings over a decade of expertise in property maintenance, preservation and emergency response, including 8 years as a trusted vendor for Real Property Management. She has owned multiple maintenance and repair businesses. As Maintenance Supervisor, she oversees in-house technicians, vendors and administrative staff.
Gretchel Caytap, Maintenance Administrator (Lexington Park). Gretchel is an administrative and office management professional with over a decade of experience. She has worked with several marketing and real estate companies.
Ashley Hostetler, Leasing Manager (Waldorf office). Ashley joined Real Property Management Gold in February 2023. Before that she served as the Command Sergeant Major’s Assistant in the Army National Guard and worked as a preschool teacher. She has lived in St. Mary’s County for over a decade and works at Patuxent River Naval Air Station.
