Real Property Management Gold helps you optimize the return on your rental. Our Wealth Optimizer calculator is a free tool that shows how your rental performs or helps you analyze a property you are thinking of adding to your portfolio.
It combines the number crunching of a rental property ROI calculator with features for comparing options and accessing industry knowledge. It places current and prospective properties side by side for detailed comparisons and projections. It suits you whether you are heading toward retirement, a more flexible lifestyle or a legacy for your children.
What metrics does it show?
The tool gives you a portfolio view, or a close view of each rental. It covers:
