Where can I read more about national recognition?
Real Property Management’s national awards timeline is a PDF the franchise publishes. It covers the national brand, not only this office.
Who is the office part of?
Real Property Management Gold is an independently owned and operated office of Real Property Management, part of the Neighborly family of home service providers. Read more on the about page.
How can I check what clients say?
Awards describe how the office did on company measures. Client reviews show how work felt to the people who used it. Read the reviews for both offices.
What affiliations does the office list?
The site footer shows these logos and links:
- NARPM, the National Association of Residential Property Managers, with a link to its property manager finder.
- A member profile with the St. Mary’s County Chamber of Commerce.
- A Better Business Bureau profile.
- EPA Lead Safe Certified Firm NAT-F291454-1, shown as written in the footer.
- The Equal Housing Opportunity logo and statement.
Open each link to check the listing yourself. A logo is a starting point, not proof.
Why do the award years differ between pages?
The Awards and Affiliations page lists Top Gun finalist recognition for 2020, 2023 and 2024. The About page lists a Top Gun Award for 2023 and Presidents Circle Gold awards. Both pages come from the office. Read the table above as published, and ask the office if you need the exact award names.
How should I use awards when I choose a manager?
Treat them as one signal. Pair them with the fee schedule, a written plan of what is included and the reviews. For an owner, the fees page shows what each plan includes. For a renter, the tenant fee disclosure lists every fee in writing.
