# Website privacy

When you send a form on this website (a free rental assessment, a message, the free guide, an agent referral or the mailing list), we receive the details you type: for example your name, phone number, email, a property address and your message. We use them to answer your request.

Text messages: we text you only if you tick the SMS consent box on a form. Reply STOP to opt out.

The rent check runs in your browser. The ZIP code and bedroom count you pick are not sent to us unless you then send the assessment form.

This website does not load advertising or tracking scripts. Videos load from YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain only after you press play. Listings, the tenant login and the owner login open on the systems we use for those services.

The full privacy policy for Real Property Management and Neighborly is at [neighborly.com/privacy-policy](https://www.neighborly.com/privacy-policy), with [your privacy rights](https://www.neighborly.com/your-privacy-rights).

Questions about your details: call [(301) 392-2172](tel:+13013922172).
