As Maintenance Supervisor, she oversees in-house technicians, vendors and administrative staff. **Gretchel Caytap, Maintenance Administrator (Lexington Park).** Gretchel is an administrative and office management professional with over a decade of experience. She has worked with several marketing and real estate companies. **Ashley Hostetler, Leasing Manager (Waldorf office).** Ashley joined Real Property Management Gold in February 2023. Before that she served as the Command Sergeant Major’s Assistant in the Army National Guard and worked as a preschool teacher.
